I can't even believe I let Kevin take this picture of me, smh. 
But, the truth is the truth whether it's photographed or not. 
June 2012

I changed my eating habits, but had not been exercising consistently. 
I quickly realized that was my problem. 
December 2012

I haven't lost much, but just seeing the difference in changing one habit has made me want to change more. Sorry about the weird pose. I'm not a poser, lol. I'll try to do better next time though. And I'll have all of the crap on the floor gone.

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! It's really not rocket science.
