Mason said, 'Mom...cook.' This means he wants to help me cook, lol. Now since I was already finished making dinner, I decided to make a quick treat for us.
Use this for the crust/dough.
Just follow the directions, but make one (or two) huge cookie(s). I made two big balls, then patted them out some before baking.

While your cookies are baking, slice up some fruit. Use whatever you have.
I had strawberries, and an orange (not shown, lol)

I used about 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese and added vanilla, and a few teaspoons of sugar to spread all over the cooled cookie.
Make sure the cream cheese is softened! Otherwise you'll have a small disaster on your hands, lol.

It was really delicious! Of course Mason bailed on me so I did all of the work, lol. But it was worth it.
